Job summary

University of Utah Health Research seeks an Operations Program Manager to coordinate onboarding and clinician support initiatives across the Medical Group. You will build relationships with clinicians, APPs, administrators, and leaders to ensure a positive clinician experience and successful integration into University of Utah Health.

The role functions as a connector, advisor, and convener, identifying opportunities, developing actionable recommendations, and advancing initiatives through

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, organizational leadership, communications, education, or related field (or equivalency) + 6 years or a master’s healthcare administration, business, organizational leadership, communications, education, or a related field (or equivalency) + 4 years of directly related work experience.
• Experience coordinating onboarding and clinician support initiatives.
• Ability to influence without authority and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary UUMG resource for clinician onboarding and navigation of resources.
• Partner with department admins and clinical leaders to align onboarding practices.
• Convene stakeholders, establish next steps, and maintain momentum through implementation.
• Coordinate onboarding resources and communications across departments.
• Identify onboarding gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor onboarding experiences and recommend improvements.
