Job summary
PerfectServe is seeking a Practice Consultant to design and implement custom clinical workflow solutions across outpatient sites. You will engage Practice Managers and Providers, build users and schedules in our platform, and support go-lives with remote assistance.
The role emphasizes collaboration, communication, and meticulous configuration of workflows to meet customers' needs. Ideal candidates bring client-facing experience, strong MS Office skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Experience in a client-facing or consulting role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and standard business tools.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving in workflow configurations.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement custom, efficient workflow designs.
- Engage with Practice Managers and Providers to build rapport.
- Create users, schedules and workflow rules in the PerfectServe platform.
- Provide remote go-live support and adjust configurations as needed.
- Monitor and adjust user and schedule apps across synced systems.
- Lead QA and ensure configuration quality standards.
