WellSky seeks a Clinical Consultant II to lead the implementation of WellSky solutions for clients, bridging clinical workflows with solution functionality to ensure deployment, customization, and adoption. You will guide teams and providers, review configurations, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

This fully remote US role supports clients nationwide within the Blood Management Professional Services team, with travel up to 50% based on business needs and occasional in-office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience in a blood bank setting.
• Experience implementing FDA 510(k)-cleared software solutions in clinical settings (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to gather requirements and analyze clinical workflows.
• Provide hands-on training to clients and guide them through solution functionalities.
• Ensure implementations comply with regulations and standards across healthcare settings.
• Review configuration factors, troubleshoot issues, and provide clinical consultation.
• Travel up to 50% as needed.
