Job summary

DeepHealth in the United States is seeking a Senior Application Workflow Specialist to optimize radiology workflows through PACS, RIS, and clinical AI implementations. You will advise radiology departments and collaborate with Implementation, Support, Operations, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to improve diagnostic and operational outcomes.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Healthcare, Nursing, or related field, or equivalent clinical experience.
  • 5+ years in radiology or diagnostic imaging with clinical consulting and customer-facing support.
  • ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology.
  • Deep understanding of radiology workflows, PACS, RIS, DICOM, and clinical reporting.
  • Experience implementing medical imaging software or clinical decision-support systems.
  • Proven ability to engage senior healthcare leaders on outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Assess pre- and post-implementation workflows in radiology to identify bottlenecks.
  • Develop strategies to adopt PACS, RIS, and clinical reporting solutions.
  • Guide radiologists and admins through change management and training.
  • Lead clinical training for radiologists and technologists.
  • Align product configurations with facility workflows and user preferences.
  • Serve as primary clinical workflow resource from kickoff to go-live and support.
  • Maintain workflow assessments and training plans in project systems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of workflow methods and knowledge base.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Support customers with updates to sustain adoption and relationships.
