Qualifications

• Deep radiology experience with CT technology and ARRt CT certification.
• Experience applying AI in healthcare and understanding imaging environments.
• Ability to map clinical requirements to product workflows and deliver demos.
• Proven track record in pre-sales support and clinical onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored product demonstrations to clinicians, researchers, and administrators.
• Guide onboarding, clinical integration, and optimization of AI-driven tools.
• Act as product authority and strategic advisor for customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Translate customer needs into actionable workflow solutions.
• Provide expert-level product training to internal teams and clients.
• Gather feedback to inform product development and ensure adoption.
• Coordinate with radiology platform vendors and internal teams during launches.
