Job summary

Aidoc, a leader in healthcare AI, seeks a Solution Success Manager for Radiology AI and Workflow Solutions. You will guide customers from pre-sales through onboarding, integrate AI tools into triage, measurement, quantification, and diagnostic workflows, and serve as product authority across clinical settings.

With a CT technology background, ARRt CT, you will collaborate with sales, product, and customer success to optimize adoption, provide demonstrations, and ensure measurable value inside

Qualifications

• Deep radiology workflow knowledge including CT workflows and clinical pathways.
• Experience applying AI tools within healthcare settings.
• Ability to map clinical requirements to product workflows and demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored product demonstrations to clinicians, researchers, and radiology admins.
• Articulate clinical workflows and care pathways and tie them to Aidoc solutions.
• Collaborate with regional teams to tailor sales presentations for healthcare stakeholders.
• Lead pre-sales solutioning and post-sale onboarding to ensure adoption and value realization.
• Provide expert-level training to clients and internal teams.
• Gather feedback from healthcare professionals to inform product development.
