Job summary

Qualifications

• Clinical/radiology workflow expertise and understanding of exam readiness for radiologist interpretation.
• Demonstrated ability to translate legacy workflows into new systems, conduct testing, and identify defects or gaps.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to present to senior operational leaders and physicians.
• Ability to critically evaluate workflows, identify inefficiencies, and redesign processes for better UX and operations.
• Experience training others on application/work list configuration and performing QA.

Responsibilities

• Document complex clinical and radiology workflows, including resident and interventional procedure reporting workflows.
• Perform daily application testing and provide actionable feedback to development teams.
• Translate legacy configurations, workflows, and business rules into the new application.
• Leverage AI tools to compare work lists, identify workflow gaps, and optimize rule sets.
• Train team members on work list development and perform QA reviews of configurations.
• Serve as SME during rollout, troubleshooting bottlenecks to ensure workflows function in clinical environments.
