Job summary

Genesis Clinic in the Chicago area is seeking a Remote Patient Recruiter to support enrollment across multiple active clinical trials in endocrinology, metabolic health, and orthopedics. You will be the first point of contact for potential study participants, pre-screening from our database and referrals, and guiding them through study basics in plain language.

Qualifications

• Medical background preferred: nursing, medicine, pharmacy or allied health training.
• Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable with outbound calls to US patients.
• Experience in patient outreach, telehealth, medical call centers, or clinical trial recruitment is a plus.
• Organized and self-directed; manage own call lists and follow-ups.
• HIPAA and GCP training understood or completed.

Responsibilities

• Call and pre-screen potential study participants.
• Walk candidates through study basics in plain language and check inclusion/exclusion criteria.
• Schedule screening visits with the study coordinator and keep recruitment logs updated.
• Report weekly on outreach numbers, conversions, and scheduling.
