Job summary

Profound Research LLC is seeking an Embedded Patient Recruitment Specialist to join a dispersed national team and support site-based patient enrollment. You will greet patients with empathy, place outbound recruitment calls, and respond to inquiries within 24–48 hours to advance study enrollment and retention.

The role requires comfort with medical terminology, data entry, and telecommunications. Travel and on-site collaboration with Detroit-area sites are possible as part of a diverse clinical

Qualifications

• Telecommunications/call center experience.
• Telephone presence and elite customer service etiquette.
• Comfortable with medical terminology.
• Comfortable with basic data entry using a computer.
• Sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a customer service experience filled with empathy, compassion, and kindness as the first point of engagement.
• Place outbound recruitment calls to patients interested in clinical research.
• Respond to inbound recruitment calls within 24–48 hours.
• Accurately complete study pre-screening and screening checklists; drive enrollment and retention.
• Interact with potential participants to assess eligibility and coordinate appointments.
• Maintain CTM system data entry, scheduling, and screening logs.
• Occasional attendance at community events to promote Profound Research.
