Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical research.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Strong ability to lead and train local teams and coordinate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main POC for assigned protocols and coordinate between Country Operations and clinical trial team.
• Manage projects: planning, execution, timelines, and deliverables to meet country commitments.
• Ensure compliance with ICH/GCP, local regulations, and company policies; oversee adverse event reporting.
• Review Monitoring Visit Reports and escalate issues to CRA manager or vendors as needed.
• Perform quality control visits and support site performance and training.
• Lead local study teams, train protocol specifics, and coordinate activities across country roles.
• Create and execute local risk management plans for assigned studies.
• Ensure compliance with CTMS, eTMF, and other systems; collaborate with PV, Regulatory, and GMA.
• Engage with investigators and external partners; sign contracts and manage budgets if delegated.
• Coordinate with HQ functions and other local teams to align on decision making.
