Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical research.
• Bachelor’s degree in science or comparable field.
• Advanced degree, CRA experience, and oncology study experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Main POC for assigned protocols and links between country operations and clinical trial team.
• Plan, drive, and track execution and timelines to meet country commitments.
• Ensure compliance with ICH/GCP, country regulations, and internal policies.
• Review monitoring reports and escalate performance or training needs.
• Lead local study teams, train protocol roles, and coordinate across local country roles.
• Create and execute local risk management plans and ensure key systems compliance.
