Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science (or comparable) is required.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical research.
• Experience with oncology studies and lung cancer preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to work in a remote/virtual global team.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Main POC for assigned protocols and liaison between Country Operations and Clinical Trial Team (CTT).
• Manage end-to-end project delivery: feasibility, site selection, recruitment, execution, and closeout.
• Ensure compliance with ICH/GCP and local regulations and company policies.
• Review Monitoring Visit Reports and escalate performance issues as needed.
• Perform quality control visits as required.
• Lead local study teams and train local roles; coordinate activities across country roles.
• Develop and execute a local risk management plan for assigned studies.
• Ensure compliance with CTMS and eTMF and other systems.
• Collaborate with outsourcing vendors, investigators, and external partners.
• Country POC for outsourced trials for assigned protocols.
• Support local business needs and, if delegated, sign contracts and manage budgets.
• Collaborate with HQ and PV, Regulatory, GMA; involve Human Health as needed.
• Build relationships with investigators and share protocol knowledge across countries.
