Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Manager, Production Services to lead the CTS&L team in a remote U.S./PA-based capacity, with preference near Quakertown, PA. The role oversees packaging, labeling, manufacturing support, and batch documentation, ensuring GMP compliance and timely delivery of clinical trial materials.

Lead cross-functional teams across North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America, driving operational excellence and strategic planning in a growing global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field is required.
• 6–10+ years in clinical trial supply chain or regulated pharma environments.
• Strong knowledge of GMP requirements and clinical supply chain operations.
• Experience with production planning, packaging design, labeling operations, and supply chain execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Production Services team members.
• Oversee clinical trial supply production workflows to keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor progress, manage priorities, and escalate complex supply chain issues.
• Support packaging, labeling, manufacturing support, batch documentation, and planning.
