Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Trial Lead to join the global team and to be based in the Netherlands. You will oversee interdisciplinary clinical studies, ensure adherence to GCP/SOPs, and manage timelines, budgets, and study deliverables.

You will act as a primary liaison with sponsors, lead project teams, ensure TMF quality, and drive risk mitigation while cultivating strong client relationships for future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing or equivalent.
• CRO experience and strong knowledge of GCP regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary clinical research studies and ensure compliance with GCP and SOPs.
• Serve as primary liaison between sponsor and company to ensure timely study launch, conduct and closeout.
• Lead project teams to ensure quality, timelines and budget management.
• Oversee TMF quality and study information across databases and systems.
• Develop contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies for study goals.
