Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to oversee remote US studies with primary responsibility for site management, monitoring, data integrity, and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate CROs, coordinate risk mitigations, and ensure protocol adherence while maintaining study timeliness and budget targets.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration across Data Management, Start-Up, and Medical Monitoring, with a focus on patient safety and trial quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site management oversight, clinical monitoring and central monitoring deliverables with a focus on patient safety, protocol/GCP/regulatory compliance and data integrity.
• Escalate risks to project manager regarding timelines, quality and budget within contracted scope.
• Coordinate with functional leaders to align study milestones, site activations and data deliveries.
• Maintain and improve clinical study tools, templates, CTMS and dashboards; oversee user acceptance testing.
• Provide initial and ongoing training to study teams on protocol specifics, CRF completion and timelines.
• Review monitoring documentation to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
