Job summary

OneOncology is seeking a Research Finance Specialist to manage moderately complex accounting for the Research Department, including CTMS-based budgeting, invoicing, and revenue reconciliation. You will collaborate with the OneR Management Team to ensure accurate financial management from study activation through closeout.

Qualifications

• Proficient in medical billing review and contract interpretation.
• Strong accounting knowledge and budgeting experience for clinical studies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and teamwork are essential.
• Experience with CTMS systems, preferably Signal Path.

Responsibilities

• Generate invoices for startup fees, milestone payments, visits and admin fees.
• Manage CTMS data entry for studies, contracts and budgets.
• Review protocol and budget amendments for impact on contracts.
• Create invoice templates per CTA and ensure payer/sponsor billing accuracy.
• Coordinate with sites and sponsors to resolve billing issues and ensure timely payments.
