Job summary

OneOncology seeks a motivated RCM Research Specialist to support clinical trial billing and protocol compliance. You will review protocols for payer policy alignment, maintain non-billable grids, and report enrollment and billing data to Finance.

Ideal candidates hold a HS diploma, 5+ years in healthcare, and strong MS Office and EMR/Practice Management system skills. This remote role offers collaboration with GHCR and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare policies and payer guidelines.
• Experience with contracts and utilization management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with clinical trials preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review new or amended clinical trial protocols for compliance with requirements and payer policies.
• Develop and maintain a non-billable grid for each protocol with footnotes.
• Create drug inventory codes and coordinate with Billing for edits.
• Coordinate EMR setup for non-FDA-approved drugs and manage systems access.
• Audit billing to ensure adherence to clinical trial guidelines.
• Prepare monthly clinical trial reports and enrollment figures for leadership.
