Job summary

OneOncology is seeking a Research Finance Specialist to manage moderately complex accounting and financial functions for clinical trials. You will monitor trial financials in CTMS, prepare invoices, perform reconciliations, and handle reimbursements under supervision of Sr. Manager of Research Finance.

Coordination with OneR management and study sites is essential for accurate revenue capture. The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication to resolve invoicing issues

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's degree; Bachelor's preferred.
• Three years of applicable experience or combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience in a Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS), preferably Signal Path.

Responsibilities

• Generate invoices for startup fees, milestone payments, patient visits, and administrative fees.
• Build studies in Signal Path CTMS with contract terms, budgets, visits, and billable elements.
• Review protocol and budget amendments for budget impact and contract.
• Create invoice templates as per Clinical Trial Agreements (CTA).
• Coordinate with Research Finance Team and study sites to ensure CTMS entries align with contracts.
