Job summary

OneOncology seeks a qualified RCM Research Specialist to ensure compliant billing for clinical trials. You will review trial protocols, update non-billable grids, and coordinate with GHCR/On eR teams to support accurate payments.

Responsibilities include maintaining protocol logs, generating enrollment reports, and auditing billing per trial guidelines. A strong background in healthcare finance and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of five years of healthcare or managed care experience.
• Experience with clinical trials preferred.
• Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of healthcare policies and payer guidelines helpful.

Responsibilities

• Review new or amended clinical trial protocols for compliance with practice requirements and payer policies.
• Develop and maintain non-billable grids for each protocol to support billing.
• Review regimen builds in the EMR to ensure accurate billing of billable and non-billable services.
• Prepare monthly clinical trial reports and other reports as needed.
• Audit billing for adherence to clinical trial billing guidelines.
