Manager of Research Finance and the OneR Management Team to ensure accurate revenue capture and timely payments across multiple research sites. The role requires building budgets in CTMS, reviewing contracts, and coordinating closely with sponsors and internal teams to resolve billing issues and ensure

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three years of applicable experience or combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience working in a CTMS, preferably Signal Path.
• Strong accounting skills and knowledge of contract language in budgets.

Responsibilities

• Generate invoices for startup fees, milestones, visits, and admin fees.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, billing, and posting payments.
• Build studies in Signal Path CTMS with budgets, visits and terms.
• Review protocols and budgets for impact to budget and contracts.
• Reconcile monthly expenses, invoices, and payment discrepancies.
• Liaise with sponsors/CROs to resolve invoicing issues timely.
