MSD in Rahway, NJ is seeking a Clinical Trial Coordinator/CTC to oversee trial and site administration, ensure timely submission packages and maintain study documents. The role collaborates with COM, CRM and CRA, and supports CTRAs and financial processes.

The candidate should have office/administration training or a Bachelor's degree, with strong Excel and GCP knowledge, and be able to work independently in a matrix, multicultural environment.

Formación

• Fluent in local languages and business English (verbal and written).
• Good understanding of global/country/regional guidelines for clinical research.
• Hands on knowledge of Good Documentation Practices.

Responsabilidades

• Track essential documents and report safety reports.
• Collate, distribute and archive study tools and documents.
• Update CTMS databases and trackers.
• Manage clinical and non-clinical supply in collaboration with country teams.
• Coordinate labeling and translation changes with country teams.
