Job summary

MSD is seeking a Clinical Trial Coordinator/CTC in the United States to oversee trial and site administration, document control, and regulatory submissions. You will collaborate with finance, CROs and investigators to ensure timely CTRAs, budgets, and payments.

Responsibilities include maintaining CTMS and eTMF, preparing study materials, and supporting site start-up and regulatory activities. Remote work options may apply with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Clinical Research or relevant healthcare experience.
• Completed job training or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Strong understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory processes.

Responsibilities

• Trial and site administration including document tracking and reporting.
• Manage regulatory submissions and site start-up activities.
• Prepare, collate, distribute and archive clinical documents (eTMF).
• Coordinate budgets, CTRAs, payments and vendor contracts.
• Organize meetings and support investigator interactions.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
