Job summary

Merck is seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Coordinator to oversee comprehensive trial and site administration. You will prepare, collate, distribute, and archive clinical documents, update CTMS tools, and coordinate regulatory submissions.

The role involves collaboration with COM, CRM, CRA, and finance for CTRAs, payments, and site budgets, with a focus on timely Site Ready dates. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent office management training is required.

Qualifications

• Completed job training (office management, administration, finance, health care preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Fluent in local languages and business proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work within Global/Regional Clinical Research Guidelines and Good Documentation Practices.

Responsibilities

• Trial and site administration: Track and report essential documents and safety reports.
• Prepare, collate, distribute and archive clinical documents (eTMF).
• Update CTMS and trackers; manage clinical and non-clinical supply; handle labeling and translation changes.
• Regulatory & Site Start-Up: collect site evaluation forms, track insurance certificates, support IRB/ERC submissions.
• Budgeting, Agreements and Payments: develop and manage country/site budgets, contracts, and payments; maintain templates; ensure compliance.
• Meeting Planning: organize investigator meetings and materials.
