The role covers document preparation, tracking, regulatory submissions, and collaborative budget management with local teams.

The successful candidate will work with COM, CRM, CRA, and finance to support CTRAs, payments, and eTMF QC, while maintaining diligent data tracking

Qualifications

• Completed job training (office management, administration, finance, health care preferred) or bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) with strong communication.
• Hands on knowledge of Good Documentation Practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide data tracking and reporting support to Site Management & Monitoring teams.
• Collate, distribute, and archive study tools and documents.
• Update clinical trial databases and trackers (CTMS, eTMF).
• Manage clinical and non-clinical supply in collaboration with country roles.
• Coordinate budgets, CTRAs, and payments with finance teams.
• Support regulatory submissions and IRB/ERC documentation.
