Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a Clinical Research Budgeting Analyst to prepare and maintain budgets for sponsored trials, aligning internal cost analyses with sponsor proposals and contract milestones.

You will collaborate with contracts, regulatory, program management, and finance teams, ensuring accurate patient cost descriptions and timely budget updates across programs. This role supports multiple studies and uses Velos CTMS and Excel for budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of related experience.
• 6 years of direct experience in budget development, preferably in clinical trial or medical setting.
• Master's Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• 4 years of research grants administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain budgets for sponsored clinical trials.
• Review study budgets against sponsor offers and set up milestones.
• Coordinate with contracts analysts, regulatory team, program managers and internal finance groups.
• Set up study payments milestones and Billing Instructions grids using Microsoft Applications (Excel) and/or Velos CTMS.
