You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and operational teams as a trusted SME and clinician with a passion for helping others succeed. Qualifications

• Active RN license required; Emergency Department (ED/ER) nursing experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to distinguish between bedside clinical practice and corporate healthcare operations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience developing and delivering training content and educational materials.
• Adaptable, self-motivated professional with accountability and work ethic.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
