Job summary

CorroHealth, Inc. seeks a Clinical Trainer to educate, coach, and support physicians and clinical staff while developing engaging training content. You will work with clinicians and operational teams as a trusted SME.

Ideal candidates are licensed RNs with ED/ER nursing experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to create and deliver training materials. This role supports a remote, Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET) with no weekends.

As a Clinical Trainer, you will use your clinical expertise to educate, coach, and support physicians and clinical team members while developing and delivering engaging training content. Working closely with physicians, nurses, clinical reviewers, and operational teams, you'll serve as a trusted resource, mentor, and subject matter expert.

This role is ideal for clinicians looking to transition from direct patient care into a corporate healthcare environment while continuing to apply their clinical knowledge in a meaningful way. Do You Have What It Takes:

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience
• Emergency Department (ED/ER) experience
• Charge Nurse, Preceptor, Training, or Mentoring experience a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and technology platforms
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
