Qualifications

• Active RN license required and current licensure in good standing.
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• Emergency Department (ED/ER) experience preferred.
• Ability to develop and deliver training content and educational materials.
• Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate, coach, and support physicians and clinical team members.
• Develop and deliver engaging training content as SME.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, clinical reviewers, and operations.
