Job summary

CorroHealth, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Trainer to educate, coach, and support physicians and clinical teams while developing engaging training content. You’ll partner with nurses, physicians, and operational staff to serve as a trusted SME and mentor.

This remote role follows a Monday–Friday ET schedule, offering opportunities to apply clinical expertise in a corporate setting without direct patient care. You’ll leverage your RN license and ED/ER experience to deliver training materials,

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• Emergency Department (ED/ER) experience preferred.
• Experience developing and delivering training content.

Responsibilities

• Educate, coach, and support physicians and clinical teams.
• Develop and deliver engaging training content.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and operational staff.
• Support transition from bedside nursing to corporate healthcare.
• Maintain a Monday–Friday ET schedule with remote work.
