CorroHealth, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Trainer to educate, coach, and support physicians and clinical teams while developing and delivering engaging training content.

The role blends clinical expertise with corporate healthcare operations and requires strong communication, mentoring, and training material development. Ideal candidates will have an active RN license and ER/ED experience, with the ability to work remotely on a Monday–Friday ET schedule.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required; Emergency Department (ER/ED) nursing experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to distinguish between bedside clinical practice and corporate healthcare operations.
• Experience developing and delivering training content and educational materials.
• Strong communication, presentation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Adaptable, self-motivated professional with a proven foundation of accountability and work ethic.
• Remote corporate healthcare environment; Monday–Friday schedule; ET time zone.

Responsabilités

• Educate, coach, and support physicians and clinical team members while developing and delivering engaging training content.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, clinical reviewers, and operational teams; serve as a trusted resource and subject matter expert.
• Assist clinicians in transitioning from direct patient care to a corporate healthcare environment while applying clinical knowledge.
