CorroHealth, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Trainer to educate, coach, and support physicians and clinical team members while developing engaging training content.

You will work closely with physicians, nurses, clinical reviewers, and operational teams as a trusted mentor and subject matter expert. This role is ideal for clinicians transitioning from direct patient care to a corporate healthcare environment, leveraging nursing experience to improve education, medical necessity, and healthcare

Formación

• Active, unrestricted RN license required.
• Approximately 3+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• Emergency Department (ED/ER) experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in training, mentoring, or education is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to work remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Educate, coach, and support physicians and clinical team members.
• Develop and deliver engaging training content for clinical staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and operational leaders.
• Translate clinical knowledge into training materials and curricula.
• Leverage nursing expertise to enhance medical necessity understanding.
