Ernest Health, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Talent Recruiter located on the West Coast to join our team supporting hospitals across California, Idaho, Montana, and Utah. You will manage full cycle recruiting for clinical positions, build pipelines, and partner with hiring managers.

The role emphasizes sourcing, data-driven recruiting, and timely staffing in a fast-paced healthcare environment. A background in healthcare recruiting and a valid driver's license are valued, with remote work options

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting for Clinical positions.

• Participate in weekly recruitment calls.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Maintain recruitment database and utilize the applicant tracking system.
• Update weekly vacancy reports.

• 1 + year recruiting experience with a healthcare agency, search firm, or in-house recruiting team,

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.


• Minimum two (2) years of experience in healthcare recruiting or related experience required.


• Current, valid, and active driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Recruiter sources candidates through various recruiting platforms to identify and screen candidates to present to hospital hiring Directors and Managers. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
