Job summary

Ernest Health is seeking a Clinical Talent Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for clinical and managerial roles across the West Coast. The role supports California, Idaho, Montana, and Utah with a remote work option.

You will source candidates using databases and social platforms, partner with hiring managers, maintain the ATS, and help shape recruitment strategies in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Minimum two years of healthcare recruiting or related experience.
• Current, valid, and active driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting for Clinical positions.
• Source candidates through various platforms including Therapy and Nursing student platforms.
• Participate in weekly recruitment calls.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of hiring needs.
• Maintain recruitment database and utilize the applicant tracking system.
• Update weekly vacancy reports.
• Participate in the development of new recruiting strategies.
