Thriveworks in the United States is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to join our Clinical Talent Team. This remote role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and closing offers with experienced clinicians to staff our growing practice.
You will conduct 25–30 interviews weekly, manage candidate pipelines in WorkDay, and aim to fill 4–5 hires per recruiter each week. The position emphasizes independence, accuracy, and excellent communication.

Thriveworks is currently seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. This position has been created to work with the Clinical Talent Team to fulfill hiring priorities and report to our Director of Talent. This Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and closing offers with experienced clinical professionals to staff and help grow our thriving business needs.
