Thriveworks is seeking a results-driven Sales Recruiter to join our Care Partnerships growth team. This remote role focuses on sourcing, screening, and closing offers with experienced B2B sales and healthcare partnership professionals across the United States.
You will partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, build candidate pipelines, and provide regular updates on progress and hiring challenges.

Thriveworks is currently seeking a strong Sales Recruiter to join our team. This position has been created to work with the Care Partnerships growth team to expand access to behavioral healthcare by building relationships with healthcare organizations and referral partners. This Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and closing offers with the experienced Care Partnerships team to staff and help grow our thriving business.
Physical demands for Thriveworks positions may include being sedentary for long periods. Entering text or data into a computer by means of a traditional keyboard is also a requirement.
