Job summary

Adoreal is a remote-first company seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding of clinics onto the Adoreal platform. You will manage data migration, software setup, and training across internal teams and clinic staff.

The role requires strong project coordination, healthcare workflow knowledge, and the ability to guide clinics through new system adoption while ensuring compliance and data security.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare onboarding, software implementation, or project coordination.
• Hands-on experience with EMR systems and CRM platforms in a healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple onboarding projects.
• Deep familiarity with healthcare workflows, including patient intake, documentation, billing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Experience in training clinical and administrative staff on new systems.
• Ensures implementations align with legal and regulatory requirements, especially data handling and access control.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between Adoreal and the clinic during onboarding.
• Facilitate data migration from the clinic's existing systems with technical teams.
• Organize and structure clinic data to align with analytics framework.
• Support the implementation and configuration of EMR and CRM systems.
• Manage project timelines and milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Coordinate efforts across internal teams and clinic stakeholders.
• Identify risks, communicate status updates, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Provide training and onboarding support to clinic staff.
• Develop onboarding documentation and training guides.
• Monitor post-go-live adoption and address ongoing support needs.
