Alignerr is seeking a Clinical Systems Analyst (AI Training) to apply healthcare IT expertise to AI development. This fully remote, hourly contract role focuses on evaluating AI-generated content related to EHRs, clinical workflows, and hospital infrastructure, helping models understand real-world workflows.

You will review outputs for accuracy and relevance, identify gaps, and provide clear, actionable feedback.

Qualifications

Experience with supporting or administering healthcare IT systems (EHRs, clinical apps, hospital infrastructure).
Strong technical troubleshooting and systems analysis skills.
Ability to bridge clinical workflows and technical configurations.
Detail-oriented, reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Apply clinical systems expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to healthcare IT, EHRs, clinical workflows, and hospital infrastructure.
Review and assess AI outputs for technical accuracy, clinical relevance, and practical applicability.
