Job summary
Alignerr is seeking a Clinical Systems Analyst (AI Training) to bring healthcare IT expertise to evaluating and improving AI outputs related to EHRs and hospital workflows.
You will review AI-generated content, identify errors, and provide structured feedback on clinical configurations, system optimization, and user support, while working remotely on a flexible schedule.
This remote contract offers 10–40 hours per week and the chance to influence next-gen healthcare AI with global collaboration.
Qualifications
- Experience in supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems such as EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure.
- Strong technical troubleshooter with hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving clinical system issues.
- Ability to evaluate technical accuracy and communicate findings clearly in writing.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and improve AI-generated responses related to clinical systems, healthcare IT workflows, and hospital infrastructure.
- Identify errors, gaps, or technically inaccurate outputs in AI-generated clinical systems content.
- Troubleshoot, test, and assess AI responses covering EHR configurations, system optimization, and clinical application support.
- Translate complex clinical and operational scenarios into structured, expert feedback that helps AI models improve.
- Review and rate AI outputs using clear evaluation criteria, working independently on your schedule.
