Alignerr is seeking an experienced Health Informatics Analyst to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on healthcare data. You will leverage expertise in EHRs, clinical workflows, and health informatics to shape AI understanding, working remotely on a flexible schedule.

The role emphasizes independent, task-based work for an hourly contract with 10–40 hours per week, and opportunities to contribute to real-world AI systems used in healthcare contexts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical skills including data interpretation, trend analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to assess accuracy and quality of health information across clinical and operational contexts.
• Clear written communication skills — able to document findings and feedback precisely.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated outputs related to healthcare data, clinical workflows, and health information systems for accuracy and quality.
• Apply your EHR and health informatics expertise to identify errors, gaps, or misleading information in AI responses.
• Analyze and annotate healthcare datasets, reports, and clinical content to support AI model training.
• Provide structured, expert feedback on data pipelines, clinical reporting logic, and health system concepts.
• Assess AI-generated dashboards, summaries, and recommendations against real-world clinical and operational standards.
• Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments.
