Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Health Informatics Analyst to help train and evaluate AI systems using healthcare data, EHRs, and clinical workflows. This remote, hourly contract role offers flexible hours and autonomous work.

You will analyze AI outputs, annotate datasets, flag inaccuracies, and provide structured feedback to improve how models reason about health information systems and patient care processes. 10–40 hours/week, remote.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with healthcare data, EHRs, or clinical information systems.
• Strong analytical skills including data interpretation, trend analysis, and reporting.
• Comfortable evaluating the accuracy and quality of health informatics content at scale.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly in structured written formats.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to healthcare data, EHR systems, and clinical workflows for accuracy and quality.
• Review and annotate healthcare datasets, flagging errors, inconsistencies, or clinically inaccurate information.
• Assess AI responses involving health information systems, data pipelines, and reporting tools.
• Provide structured, expert feedback to improve how AI models reason about clinical and operational healthcare scenarios.
• Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments.
