Job summary

Centerstone is a national nonprofit behavioral health system seeking a remote Clinical Oversight role focused on 988 Suicide Prevention crisis chat/text. You will oversee staff, perform quality audits, and guide clinical coaching to ensure top-tier crisis response delivery across the team.

Required are a Master’s in mental health and LICSW/LPC type license, plus 5+ years in mental health/crisis management. This is full-time, remote, with benefits and competitive pay.

• Strong management and supervisory capabilities with coaching focus.
• Strong analytical, organizational and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality assurance including chat/text audits and silent monitoring of Crisis Specialist staff.
• Provide performance-based supervision to Crisis Specialists; review clinical and training skills; coach and remediate as needed.
• Facilitate bi-weekly staff meetings, trainings and development activities.
• Deliver clinical training content aligned with best practices and policies.
• Coordinate with supervisory staff on individualized remediation plans.
• Ensure ethical and clinical standards meet accreditation requirements.
