Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a remote Training Specialist to join a 24/7 crisis/suicide prevention focused team. You will develop, coordinate and deliver new hire training, and work with clinical leadership to schedule programs that meet department needs.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge, data collection and analysis, and the ability to conduct call/chat/text screenings and crisis interventions. You will lead bi-weekly skills sessions and ensure compliance with ethical and accreditation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mental health or a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist is required.
Master’s degree is preferred.
Three years of relevant experience is preferred; one year in mental health/crisis prevention required.

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee the new hire training program with leadership.
Assess instructional effectiveness and impact on KPIs.
Collect data and ensure data integrity.
Provide call/chat/text clinical screenings, risk assessments and crisis interventions.
Facilitate bi-weekly skills-building sessions and staff trainings.
Maintain ethical and accreditation standards.
