Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent experience; leadership in clinical operations.
• RTT or CMD with ≥6 years direct patient care; leadership preferred.
• 8+ years combined oncology and healthcare technology experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in developing best-practice clinical operations.
• Analyze and map workflows; gather detailed requirements.
• Support product training and implementation with eLearning and onsite/remote sessions.
• Develop metrics showing clinical, operational, and financial value.
• Provide onsite Go-Live support and post-Go-Live follow-up.
