Job summary

Radformation is seeking a Clinical Success Manager to train and support radiation oncology clinics nationwide. You will mentor new users, optimize workflows, and collect feedback to shape product improvements, while ensuring customer satisfaction and successful adoption of Radformation software.

This fully remote role requires dosimetry expertise with Eclipse TPS, strong presentation skills, and a passion for improving patient care.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical dosimetry using Eclipse TPS.
Strong critical thinking skills.
Exceptional presentation skills.
Positive attitude and a passion for excellence in patient care.
5 years of Eclipse TPS dosimetry experience.
Teaching experience in dosimetry.
Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Train clinics on Radformation’s suite of automation tools.
Work with clinics to understand their issues and provide a solution independently and/or with the programming team.
Proactively check in with current customers to perform an annual Rad Review to hear feedback for product improvement, share new features, ensure subscription renewal/reduce churn, and strengthen our relationship with them.
Host webinars to answer clinics’ questions and highlight features.
Test new versions of software to aid in development and quality assurance.
Develop training materials to distribute to clinics.
