Job summary

Radformation seeks a Clinical Success Manager to train clinics on our radiation oncology automation tools, troubleshoot issues, and proactively engage customers to ensure satisfaction with their Radformation purchase.

This fully remote role involves mentoring clinics, optimizing treatment planning workflows, and relaying feedback to product and engineering teams. A clinical background and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clinical dosimetry experience.
• Experience with Eclipse TPS is required.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Train clinics on Radformation’s automation tools.
• Work with clinics to understand issues and provide solutions with or without engineering support.
• Conduct annual Rad Review with customers to gather feedback and reduce churn.
• Host webinars to demonstrate features and answer questions from clinics.
• Test new software versions to aid development and QA.
• Create training materials for clinics.
