Alignerr is seeking an experienced Clinical Study Manager for an AI training project. This fully remote hourly contract role requires 10-40 hours per week and focuses on overseeing operational execution of clinical trials to inform AI models used in healthcare research.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams, ensuring audits-ready processes and proactive risk mitigation across sites and CROs.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and systematic in documenting findings and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep studies on track from startup through closeout.
• Oversee study budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking across multiple vendors and partners.
• Coordinate with CROs, investigator sites, and internal teams for compliant execution.
• Identify operational risks early and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle.
• Apply clinical expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to clinical workflows.
