Job summary

Alignerr is seeking experienced Clinical Study Managers to bring real-world operational rigor to AI training in healthcare and medical research. This is a fully remote, hourly contract role with flexible hours, focusing on timelines, budgets, vendor oversight, and cross-functional coordination.

You’ll evaluate AI-generated clinical content for quality, work asynchronously on your own schedule, and collaborate with CROs, research sites, and internal teams to ensure robust data for AI models.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. You'll apply your clinical operations background to meaningful work — helping ensure AI models are trained on accurate, high-quality, and expertly evaluated clinical data.

• Skilled at managing multiple complex workstreams simultaneously without losing quality or momentum
• Detail-oriented and systematic — you catch problems before they become crises
• Clear and effective communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally in distributed environments

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
• Familiarity with AI tools or clinical data platforms
• Background in regulatory affairs, clinical data management, or medical writing
• Experience working in biotech, pharma, or academic research settings
