Alignerr is seeking an experienced Clinical Study Manager to oversee operational execution of clinical trials and contribute to AI training in healthcare research. This is a fully remote, contract role built for seasoned clinical operations professionals who can keep studies on track, on budget, and running smoothly.

You'll manage timelines, budgets, CRO relations, and vendor coordination across multi-site studies, while translating complex operational knowledge into clear outputs for AI

Qualifications

• Experienced in clinical trial project management with budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination.
• Proven track record managing CROs, external research partners, or multi-site study operations.
• Able to juggle multiple workstreams while maintaining quality and momentum.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables from initiation to close-out.
• Oversee study budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking across vendors and partners.
• Coordinate with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams for seamless study operations.
• Identify operational risks early, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle.
• Apply clinical expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to clinical research workflows.
