Job summary

TalentCraft is seeking a Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site activities, drive performance, and ensure contract obligations and client satisfaction are met at our clinical research site. You will lead staff, coordinate studies with Investigators, and ensure regulatory compliance and proper study conduct across all activities.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
• Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience with regulatory processes and clinical trial oversight preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operational Planning and site performance optimization.
• Discuss awarded studies with Principal Investigator to aid decision making.
• Ensure staff qualified and trained for roles and duties.
• Monitor site quality, SOP adherence, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain investigator relationships and sponsor communications.
• Coordinate staff schedules and manage discipline as needed.
• Oversee study conduct, recruitment, and site readiness.
• Ensure timely regulatory duties and study closeouts.
