Job summary

Abbott in the United States is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist focusing on Electrophysiology and LAAO to support stroke prevention offerings across Upstate NY. You will train clinicians, provide intra-procedural support, and collaborate with territory managers to ensure strong clinical outcomes and market adoption.

This role requires 9+ years in cardiovascular fields, with Structural Heart or EP experience, and willingness to travel up to 50% to meet customers and support procedures.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of related cardiovascular work experience; 3+ years of Structural Heart or Electrophysiology specific clinical experience.
• Verification that you will satisfy all vendor credentialing requirements, which may include vaccination for COVID-19.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and sales support through education of current and potential customers, and procedure coverage with a defined region.
• Train interventional cardiologists, catheter lab staff and ancillary personnel on the use of Structural Heart products, and provide technical support during procedures.
• Communicate product, clinical and market data to appropriate personnel and support product marketing strategies.
• Meet with health care providers to identify clinical needs and offer feasible solutions.
